The Space

Nestled amongst the trees, the clinic offers a calm and welcoming space. A short walk through the garden creates a gentle transition into your appointment, allowing you a moment to slow before treatment begins.

What to expect

Together, we'll explore your current concerns, your health history and the bigger picture, helping us build a clear understanding of your health and the best path forward.

Before your appointment, you’ll complete a health intake form so Sarah can begin getting to know you and make the most of your time together.

Initial consultations allow plenty of time for discussion, assessment and your first treatment. As part of your assessment, Traditional Chinese Medicine may include observing the tongue, feeling the pulse and other methods to better understand the patterns shaping your health.

Every treatment is tailored to you, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, understand your treatment plan and discuss practical recommendations to support your health between appointments.

Welcome Everyone
